S.I.E Group

The S.I.E Group is a holding company comprising three synergistic businesses in Austria, Germany and the USA, with additional subsidiaries in the USA, Germany, Switzerland and Hong Kong.

The Group's range of services includes electronic solutions, components and services for leading clients in the medical, government and security sectors, and in industrial markets around the globe. The companies: System Industrie Electronic GmbH (Austria), SIE Computing Solutions, Inc. (USA) and the latest addition, GBS TEMPEST & Service GmbH (Germany), have a complementary range of products and services and together form a Group with over 220 employees specializing in the development, manufacture and distribution of embedded computing solutions and the global distribution of electronic components.

Originally established by Udo Filzmaier under the name of System Industrie Electronic GmbH in 1994, the S.I.E Group companies were consolidated under System Industrie Electronic Holding AG in March 2009.
