Sociocratic method

Shared decision-making and a sense of belonging—we achieve these goals through corporate management based on the sociocratic method.
This type of management ensures employee participation in all areas of the company. This is made possible by district assemblies, in which the members
make all decisions with equal voting rights.
In short, sociocracy ensures that good ideas find their way to the most important decision-making bodies independently of the hierarchy and that suboptimal approaches are discarded before possible wrong decisions are made, thanks to the participation of all employees.
