Through reporting, compliance risks such as potential reputational damage can be identified and averted early on.
We aim to strengthen the commitment to lawful behavior in our company while also enabling easy reporting of concerns. Generally, our expectation is that potential misconduct or violations should be addressed directly in conversation. This way, unintentional or unwitting misconduct can be quickly and easily stopped and avoided in the future. If personal dialogue is not effective in individual cases, the S.I.E Integrity Line is available to you.
Our S.I.E Code of Conduct summarizes the principles of our behavior. This code is binding for all S.I.E employees and obliges us to act decently, legally, and ethically.
